About me

I am a board-certified orthopaedic and hand surgeon with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as a consultant at the Department of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Orthopaedic Hospital Speising in Vienna. My clinical focus lies in treating congenital and acquired deformities of the hand and upper limb, including complex hand malformations (e.g. thumb duplication/polydactyly, syndactyly, radial longitudinal deficiency, Madelung deformity), posttraumatic conditions, brachial plexus birth palsy, and cerebral palsy sequelae. Moreover, the entire spectrum of adult hand surgery is covered, including peripheral nerve surgery, elbow and wrist arthroscopy.

I am deeply committed to delivering patient-centred care, combining advanced surgical techniques with newest growth modulation options and individualised therapy planning. I have completed multiple international fellowships, teach regularly at global orthopaedic congresses, and contribute to ongoing multicenter research. My goal is to bring clarity and confidence to patients and their families navigating challenging orthopaedic diagnoses.
