I am a professor at the Medical University of Vienna and the author of over 50 publications in international peer-reviewed journals. I serve as the Head of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the outpatient clinic for nutrition medicine at the Department of Gastroenterology/Hepatology at the Medical University of Vienna.
