Mr. Hess provided us with very personalized and valuable feedback. Even though he has not seen the patient because this is an online service, he evaluated MRI documents seriously and in sufficient detail. His opinion is much more beneficial than any other personal meeting with the local doctor in our home country (Slovakia).
