He has interpreted previous Xrays before and on each occasion I have been astonished and amazed at his through knowledge of the complex anatomy of the foot. This is at odds with other professional lower limb specialists I have been treated by in the past. If I require further treatment on my right foot, I would not agree to this unless the xray or bone scan has been reported on by

This report has been so helpful. Since my accident in 2011, I have seen seven orthopedics so called specialists and whilst many have been able to diagnose one or two of the fractures, none (apart from this specialist ) have managed to identify all of the fractures, hence the ongoing problems. I am awaiting the CD results of an MRI scan and will then request a new report. Thank you so much for all of the help.

I suppose would of been useful for an option in between pos and neg mine would be neutral, terms used not easily understandable to me for example 'Type II Modic end plate degenerative change' 'focal arachnoiditis' and 'bilateral mild facetal degenerative changes' would of been better just a short sentence to follow the medical term just to explain etc. Cant fault the time to turn the report round or the admin communication.

Thank you for the detailed review with pictures and immediate answer, Diagnosis about calcaneal apophysitis - is new to us. we will look for a suitable treatment. Overall evaluation and especially advice in the end of the report are very helpful and show us next steps.
