Mr. Hess provided us with very personalized and valuable feedback. Even though he has not seen the patient because this is an online service, he evaluated MRI documents seriously and in sufficient detail. His opinion is much more beneficial than any other personal meeting with the local doctor in our home country (Slovakia). He provides us with the correct diagnosis as my mother suffered a lot of pain for several years and corrected the previously missed interpretation of the MRI provided by Slovak doctors.
