I have been intensively coaching since 2011 using the Brain Based Coaching method, which is based on the latest scientific knowledge about the functioning of the human brain and the use of this knowledge for better communication, personal motivation and team management. My practice includes more than 700 hours of individual and team coaching. I maintain and deepen my qualifications mainly through the training of the Neuro Leadership Group, which combines the method of Brain Based Coaching with coaching focused on achieving measurable results of Results Coaching. Clients often appreciate the ability to create motivation and achieve a significant shift even in areas where they have not been able to do so for a long time. In the area of teams, the method successfully implements communication tools that improve cooperation and relationships in the workplace, and thus the overall quality of the work environment.
I studied journalism at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava, worked as a radio editor, speaker, interpreter and translator and a member of the organizing team of a international music festival. For many years I worked as a volunteer in the organizing committee of an international charity event of the diplomatic and international community. I often collaborate with Slovak Radio, TV Markíza and other Slovak media, where I regularly talk about relations, communication, motivation and conflict resolution. Moreover, I am a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and the founder of the Bratislava Mediation Center.
